I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Attorney in PA and NJ. I am a member of the PA Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors and have been a full-time Realtor/Broker for over 15 years. After admission to the PA and NJ bar associations in 1993, I was recruited by the developer of Centennial Station to be his Real Estate Broker. Over the next decade, I oversaw the marketing and sale of over 300 Centennial Station condominiums. Upon completion of the project, I founded Faber Realty, Inc. in order to maintain the close relationships that I developed with the residents. In 2003, I added NJ Real Estate Broker to my resume. Faber Realty's commitment to you extends far beyond a single sale. We wish for our association to be a life-long business relationship built on trust and outstanding service, enabling you to make sound and timely real estate decisions. Extreme pride is taken in our work. For instance: Extra fees are paid to Realtor.com yearly so our listings feature more pictures (24 versus 1) and much more descriptive text than a standard listing; Our listings always include a Virtual Tour; all data is personally entered into the multiple listing service; all pictures are taken with a professional grade Nikon camera; We are always personally available via cell phone; therefore, listing appointments can be made until late in the evenings - even on weekends; As a buyer or seller agent, we will attend all home inspections and will never send an assistant to a settlement in our place.
"I know you are trusting me with one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make and that is something I take very seriously." Regards, Frank If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to call me at 215-672-2626 or email me at frank@faberrealty.com.
